Leaders and those who aspire to leadership roles in childcare facilities in Missouri or Kansas are invited to attend the 14th Annual Directors' Symposium on Feb. 22 at Missouri Western State University, 4525 Downs Drive, St. Joseph, MO (2nd floor of Blum Union).
The symposium will help anyone who has or aspires to a leadership role in a Missouri or Kansas childcare facility; directors, assistant directors, lead teachers, trainers, coaches, and owners are the primary audience.
This day of learning will feature keynote presenters who will share the four critical ingredients needed to create willingness within your staff, your children and yourself. Shift from resistance to willingness, and learn ways to create or enhance your School Family so caring, contribution and conflict resolution flourish.
Breakout sessions will be offered on leadership and the business management aspects of running a center. Lunch will be provided. Attendees will receive a special gift, and there will be door prize drawings.
