The first session in the series will take place on September 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Wyatt Park Christian Church Fellowship Hall, 2623 Mitchell Avenue.
The presenters will share principles of Conscious Discipline and how to move ourselves and our children from surviving to thriving. The September session will cover the skill of composure and how to use an assertive voice to set boundaries, structure and routines. Future sessions will be held on October 19 and November 9 and cover other aspects of the Conscious Discipline philosophy.
Child care professionals attending in person will receive 1.5 Missouri Clock Hours Child Care Licensing credit for each session.
