United Way Volunteer Center
Connecting the community through volunteerism since 2009
Volunteering is one way to making a huge impact on our community. Whether you want to volunteer once a week or once a year, we connect individuals, professional teams, school and church groups and entire organizations to meaningful volunteer work.
Volunteering Through United Way:
- Connects people with volunteer opportunities that match their interests, skills, and passions.
- Promotes volunteerism.
- Educates the public about the impact of volunteering in the community.
Want to Get Your Volunteer Opportunities Listed On Volunteer Center's Online Database?
Area non-profits are encouraged to use United Way Volunteer Center's web-based volunteer networking program to list volunteer opportunities and connect with volunteers.
Community Volunteer Resource Network:
Anyone who wishes to develop skills and knowledge of volunteerism and volunteer management is welcome to participate in the Community Volunteer Resource Network (CVRN). CVRN promotes the effective management of volunteer programs in the community and enhances the knowledge, skills and connections among the members.
