United Way PACE

You are invited to join United Way PACE (Partners & Agencies Collaborating & Educating), a learning series for agencies in our area. The goals of the learning series are to help increase capacity, aid staff as they are working with clients and improve collaboration. A variety of topics will be offered for all levels of staff.

PACE Sessions

  • October 23 at 10 a.m. - Employment Programs and Strategies for Attaining and Maintaining Employment
    • Representatives from Vocational Rehabilitation, Family Guidance Center, Catholic Charities, and a local employment agency will share about their programs/services and strategies to help individuals attain and maintain employment.

  • November 20 at 10 a.m. - When Emotions Surge: Navigating Triggers to Regain Control and Find Peace

    • Presented by Jen Gentry-Tonn with Family Guidance Center

  • December 4 at 11 a.m. - Thriving through the Holidays

    • Join us for tips on self-care, stress relief and tips for thriving through the busy holiday season. Please note that this session will be offered in-person only, as it includes activities.

United Way Resources 101

  • November 5 at 10 a.m.
    • These sessions will be offered on a quarterly basis. Each session is geared to new agency staff and will provide them with a base understanding of agencies, resources and services available in the St. Joseph community.
